The Testing Center of Excellence had an onsite testing leader at the company’s office as a liaison to communicate with two near-shore teams located in Monterrey and Mexico City.

Testing labs in the near-shore locations were dedicated to end-to-end testing, ensuring functioning products.

Enroute applied the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) methodology to extinguish problems due to the physical distance of the Testing Center of Excellence.
